Whitnee Mitchell loves her adopted city of Lakeland and hopes to help others realize their dream of home ownership in Polk County. Whitnee graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in University Studies and double minors in English and Family Studies. Whitnee obtained her real estate license in 2020, as well as her Appraiser Trainee Certificate. She strives to be your friend and advocate in real estate. Whitnee's background in teaching and bookkeeping cultivated her attention to detail and amiability, qualities that have empowered her transition into real estate.
Outside of real estate, Whitnee's focus is her family. She and her husband, John, have two daughters. As their oldest uses a wheelchair for mobility, they love to discover accessible travel destinations as a family. Whitnee's family experience with wheelchair accessibility has instilled a passion for helping others find accessible homes. They enjoy swimming, scenic walks, ATVs, and visiting theme parks.
